I have been a careers guidance practitioner for over 20 years and I have worked in secondary schools and colleges across South London helping young people make informed decisions about their future. I love working with young people and helping them realise what they are capable of becoming!
Working with teachers and other school staff to provide a careers programme that meets Gatsby Benchmarks is a really important aspect of what I do. I am always keen to try new ways of doing things and have helped my schools bring careers platforms like Unifrog into mainstream use.
I am a member of the Careers Development Institute and continually develop and maintain my skills and knowledge to provide the best service I can to my clients.

​​Rosemary has been working in South London schools and colleges for over a decade as a careers development professional. She has experience with students at all levels, including those requiring priority support, such as those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and English as an Additional Language (EAL). She has helped students at the key transition points of Year 9, Year 11 and Year 13 advising them on GCSE options, 6th form, college, university and apprenticeship opportunities.
