We are looking for a qualified and experienced careers adviser to join our team!
You will:
- be qualified to at least Level 6, holding the Diploma in Career Guidance and Development and the Qualification in Career Development or equivalent.
- have experience of working with young people and delivering independent advice and guidance in one-to-one sessions as well as in group activities.
- be able to manage your own workload and build relationships with school staff, parents and carers as well as external agencies to support your work.
- understand the Gatsby Benchmarks and their role in good career guidance in schools
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of education opportunities and labour market information and be able to adapt to new technology.
